Not without a constant source of ammonia to feed the BB.
You could always toss on a small powerfilter and a handful of feeders but at best your only going to shorten the cycling time.

But in your circumstance it will, just keep replacing the water every couple days with W/C water from your most overstocked tank, I know you have a lot of it around :D.

Put an air stone in for aeration and circulation,, and make sure it gets some light.

Just don't forget to change the water or all is for naught.

You can also put a piece of two of raw shrimp in the bottom to create some extra ammonia. Just let it rot.

you could just add ammonia every day, but that's a pita...heck, someone said to pee in it to cycle, but I don't think I could stand the smell of that...the shrimp is a good idea too. Can't wait to see it up and running, fishies installed and everything, this was an awesome deal and from looking at your other stuff, you'll make this into one heck of a tank set-up too.
