Better get home to do some waterchanging then. Remember to keep the temperature of the water you are adding into the tank at the temperature you have in the tank.

Turn the nozzles of the FX5s upwards to make them break the surface.

Add in some air pumps if you've got them.

There is likely a lack of oxygen in the water. If you have the tank at the correct temperatures for PBass it will be very warm. This warm water does not hold oxygen like coldwater does. So you need to add additional oxygen in, and stir the surface of the water. The outputs should be splashing lots of water.

Go get your test kit out and do another test. Specifically for Ammonia, nitrite and nitrate. Post the levels for each.
