Bio-Glass vs. Eheim Ehfisubstrat..? and why?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
Both/either

Howdy,

I'd go with EhFi Substrat. Bio-Glass is similar to Sera Siporax, and I wasn't too happy with that. It creates too much empty space in between rings.

I went with the eheim stuff...

Just can't go wrong with a name like Eheim!

Eheim's substrates have some of the highest surface area out there. It defeats bioglass by a wide margin last I checked.

Yup thats why I got substrat to go in my Fluval ;)

Seachem matrix is 4L for $30, and if you believe seachem it has significantly more surface area than the eheim stuff.
