I use Staple and Gold I just started feeding my con shrimp tonight. Well its a crab and shrimp mix I got from wal-mart. I've never seen my con go into such a frenzy over his food. After I fed him he kept circling looking for more food.

true but is tank was only 10G-lolz and i toll'd him it wont get big in a 10G tank but it did anyway and he had to releast the oscar in the park over here and he threw it in the lake..

if you want growth ive heard and found that earthworms fed daily and lots of water changes will make your guy grow...once hes at a mature size, start a gold or bio gold regiment. go to a place that sells crawlers for bait and theyre real cheap and safe to use. a dozen for 2 dollars i think. either feed whole or cut them up into smaller pieces

i think bio gold has worked better for my fish. but they all started out on cichlid gold baby pellets.
