its been a couple of weeks with lots of tests and now all my birchirs are dead, they started off with cloudy eyes then within one hour were extremely dazed another hour dead, the water has been tested numerous times and everything came back good my other fish are doing well except my one yr old oscar he,s not very lively, and i have done several water changes but still any type of birchir cannot live in my tank
I had this problem once and it killed all my fish and my water perameters wew fine just like Uwe said Tap water I was doing a water chang and it was after a storm I had my Water tested at my job.and found out bacteria levels were high and sut was in it that is stuff use on lawns if I have tasteed the water before hand I would have know and the water was foggy to I asumed it was the water change then later that day they said don' t drink the water but it was to late and we drink filter water and we have water purifaction system for drinking and cooking.
