Eh, my blue is "hand tame" in that she'll let you pick her up. The green will only let you pick her up if she's on the ground/away from the cage. Both of mine are food-agressive (thank god for bowls that swing OUTWARD of the cage) the green is overall cage-agressive and somewhat nervous of people still. Neither lets you pet them, but they're always willing to take food from you. Definitely not a "cuddle me" bird if that's what you're looking for. But they're fun to watch, get into all sorts of mischief, and make silly noises.
