Hi all, momma Leo is due to pop babies out anytime now, but something has got me a bit concerned.
Yesterday, I found her climbing up and down the tank as if she was ready to give birth. The male was also trying to mate with her and chasing her, so I seperated momma Leo from the male. After seperation, she continued to climb up and down, movement in the abdomen was frequent. But this morning, I found her "back to normal" as if she's not pregnant, no climbing and only very subtle movements in the abdomen. Could it be the stress from yesterday that killed the pups? I really don't want to experience a third consecutive failure! Thanx for any help!

i would say she is fine. my female did something similar once and the pups were born premature, but all survived. id say u seperated at the right time.

ive noticed that pup movement becomes minimal twards the end also...

What a big relief! Big thanks for the fast reply, now I don't have to worry!:D

I guess if she's eating fine she's ok. Still waiting for her to give birth...
