once a week.. sir what is AMMONIA BURNS?? how will i determine if a fish have this?

sure.. ill try to take some pictures later..

my sump is 100g 72"x20"x18" five chambers.

1st chamber- white wool and matala mats
2nd chamber- matala mats/ fish net/ japanese mats
3rd chamber- ceramic ring
4th chamber- siporax
5th chamber- pump for the return

the monos are 13-14" and the temensis 18"
