Black algae help!

BBA.

Check your phosphate levels in your tank and lower those. If you have CO2, it is caused by sporadic CO2 levels.

Do you dose any fertilizers? I was dosing KNO3 and KH2PO4 using the EI method and my phosphate levels went through the roof. Coupled with my drop checker breaking and my CO2 levels being out of whack I got a bit of BBA as well.

You can spot treat it with hydrogen peroxide or Seachem's Excel. Given that yours is on plant leaves I'd use the Excel as hydrogen peroxide can be rough on the plants. Just suck some up into a syringe or squirt bottle and squirt it directly onto the algae, within the hour it should begin turning red which means it's dying. Of course though the spot treatment is just a bandaid, the algae will come back unless you get your photoperiod, phosphates, nitrates, and CO2 in balance.

Oh neat, i had that in my 55 mixed predator tank a long time ago, I assumed it was because of being overstocked, even with 50 percent water changes almost daily it NEVER went away.
Eventually it covered all the wood, to be honest, it looked awesome, it would sway in the current like grass in a field.
I left it alone once it grew over 2 inches. Fishes loved it.

But good luck, I could not find a cure for it.

just use a serynge with hydrogen peroxide and squirt on it. its safe for plants and fish with moderation of course...
on my 100L, when i need, i use 30-40ml with no problems.
also a few bba eaters would help alot like crossocheilus siamensis.
but you have to reach the source of the algae and not just fight with the results of it...
better flow on the tank is one thing you can do to fight bba
