Yeah, if you want to keep these pikes as pairs, you will need at least a 100gal tank. For some reason Reticulata group pikes and similar pikes are very aggressive. Rather annoying. Other fish kept with it will also be a hit and miss...oy. Definately worth the solo tank though! AWESOME FISH!

i was gonna say...def. reticulata. looks alot like a belly crawler and as i read the female coloring is the same when "ripe". cool cren. but i have my work cut out for me over here with fish otherwise mr. rapps would be getting a 2nd phone call from me!

Somewhere I've heard these pikes aka "STAR-GAZER" - probably due to the unusal eye placement. Think it was 'Acenupe' - not sure. Cametanas are differant than most reticulata, maybe more of a bottom-lying predator ......
