Ok, I’m a little confused the reason’s why you wouldn’t put a Oscar or similar size with a Black or Silver Aro? I have a Midas about 12-13 inches long with my Black Aro about 23-24 inches, I had a 10-11 inch Flowerhorn in the mix as well until the Midas killed the Flowerhorn about 2 months ago. The Midas and the Blk Aro have been in the same tank for about 2-2.5 years now. From my understanding Midas are more aggressive than Oscars, so I wouldn’t be worried about putting a O of similar size with a Blk Aro. Is the concern a O would grow larger quicker and eat the Aro?
