Yeah do your research and may need to have multiple tanks available for stressed/injured fish. Of coarse the biggest obstical will be the availability of baby blacks. Basically over the past several years that I've been trying to obtain baby blacks it has gone like this
2006 & 2007 I did not see any available though a couple of members on MFK had picked them up at a $200 in 2007.
2008 I was able to purchase one at $50
2009 I was able to purchase 5 at $35 each
2010 they were available through one vendor for $30, locally I could have purchase 3 for $200
2011 there were a few available in the 100 dollar range
2012 the babies had seamed to all have disappeared though a few vendors had 5-6" for 90-100 bucks.
Should strart seeing babies showing up in March through early June if they become available.
