DE don't bothers me. Aros are the first fish that I started keeping. There is no way that DE will stop me. I have some silver aros with DE before. It was just a shocked to me that black aros develop DE as well. However I know it will probably be 50/50 chances. Just like the jars and the asian aros. Some develope them , some not.:)
 
Wow.. first time i see it on a blk.. and 1st time seeing an OLDer Blk Arowana...

Both my silvers at 12"-13" are already developing drop eye.. I watched one of mine getting it..

I too have to agree that even with the drop eye.. it doesnt really bother me..
They still look good especially when u look down and feed them..

african getting DE isnt most likely going to happen b/c there more like arapaima and i have 1 its eyes are big lol compared to silvers,blacks,jars,leis
