black arowana not eating

My black isn't eating. I try to feed him the dry krill but wont take it and wont also take beefheart. Its been about 4 days now. Do i still need to wait for him to get comfortable?

probably i had a big silver that stopped eating for 12 days when i first moved then he lowly started eating again. did you try frozen krill?

it took my baby jardini a few days before it would eat.

maybe try some floating food sticks? so it doesnt sink.. cuz my aro ignores food that falls past the top 1/3 of my tank.

How big is the aro? Mine took just a few hours before they started eating. Try feeding them market shrimps. cut them to small portion. Hope it work.

My arowana is at 10 inches, gonna go buy some floating pellets today and shirmp to see if it works.

what was it eating at the place you got it from.
i always find out what they feed and feed them that until i get them eating what i want.
it is probably just settling in but it will eat eventually

try a diffrent kind of food, if all else fails try live food but be sure its been quarantee before feeding

I keep him with a 6" baramundi and a 4" wide bar, There is a lot of compition when it comes to live food, so i just feed my barramunid and datniod beefheart and little feeders and a treat. I see what happens by this weekend.

My jar did not eat for a whole three weeks after i moved her to another tank.
Maybe you should try to feed your aro mealworms.
