dude I am not trying to start a beef but if you go to most of the lfs here they have silvers and jars right now and 1 has a couple of blacks also. 2 lfs that are owned by the same person just got a shipment of 30 3" jars and selling them for $30 a piece.

This is the ONLY Arowana that you can't bring in legally to Hawaii besides the Asian which no one can have legally in the US anyway.
So you can ship any of the other Aro's or any other fish that's on the List of Conditionally Approved Animals legally to Hawaii provided that the person ordering from you or any other vendor has the proper permit.

Yes they do and they then need to fax you a copy for you to place on the outside of the box along. As long as the fish that you sell/ship to Hawaii are on the List of Conditionally Approved Animals there shouldn't be any problems. You just need to inform the buyer that they need to go down to Dept. of Agriculture to obtain an import permit.
