Do you think it was from the previous tank it was in? Will the fins come back that were nip? If it was from the fish in the tank now, they're going back tomorrow so I won't have to worry about that.
Yeah, the fins will grow back. The damage probably has a lot to do with shipping, too. He looks pretty young, so he has probably been shipped 2 or 3 times recently. He should heal up soon.

At least he's been swimming around and some what eating. I've seen him eat two gosh shrimp not sure if he's eaten more or not. Temp is adjusting to 82 from 78. I put aquarium salt in this morning for the rays.

Frnc, is that a cj?

A couple of updated pictures. His colors are really starting to come out.

Awesome! His fins are looking a lot better, too. When mine was that small, he especially liked krill, bloodworms, and live crickets. They say that crickets help with the scale development.

It's a yj.

Really? Never heard this myself, any chance of posting a credible link to this?

Bderick67, "they" always seem to have a lot to say, regardless of what topic.

I tired crickets, wouldn't eat them. I've been throwing a piece of krill in everyday and leave it in for a little while and then take it out. I think he actually ate one yesterday. There was a small piece of it floating around. :)
