if your getting them 5 for 50 that means they are probably still small and is going to take awhile to grow them to breeding size. and are mostly likely related to one another

@web - thanks i was planning on throwing them with my frontosas in my grow out

I would not recommend this, as Frontosa have large mouths, and they grow much faster than Calvus. They will be lunch in no time.

I have 4 orange comps and 3 yellow in my 125 with 8 Kigoma fonts and 3 Moorii dolphins doing just fine. Growing them all out, largest font is about 4", smallest font around 3". Altos range in size 1" - 1 1/2", no problems so far. Been together almost 3 months. I watch my tank closely for signs of aggression though
