Black convict

Hi, sorry but, i just wanna know if a male black convict could mate with a female fh and would produce fertile frys.. or have anyone done it before.. sorry but I'm clueless on it..

this seems quite difficult.. how big is ur convict and how big is the FH?
 
well this black convict isnt mine.. I saw it at a lfs .. it looked more like a kamfa.. .but it has the BC color.. a lil black stripe showing with a Convict sharp round face and also do BC has lil speck of pearls like on the tipping of their back finnage??? and also it had frys with a female black convict in the tank.. this badboy was about no bigger than 4 inches tip to tip.. but it had some nice tail and wrapped finnage that i liked, also his tail and fins have those extra pieces that grow out longer , you know like raggedy, like a kites tail..man if it could breed with a bp or fh i would definitely pick it up..

if the convict is 4" how big is the female fh? if the female is bigger than the convict and if u put them together more or less ul say goodbye to the convict.
 
if im not mistaken i think convicts grow to a max of 5" (correct me if im wrong guys) and a female FH usually gets a max size of 7"-8" so if the female FH is bigger than the convict i can say that breeding wont happen killing will :)

but then, the mature rate of a female or a fh to have a successful breed could be as small as 2.5 inches in size.. I've seen it happen,

hmmm 2.5"? i would still consider that as a juvi.. its not mature enough yet.
