hmmm 2.5"? i would still consider that as a juvi.. its not mature enough yet.

True... i would even classifies it as a fry... but the funny thing was they had hatchlings at that sizes.. truely not matured but it was old enough to make it happen..wow!!! it really open my eyes on that one... but i would never recommend breeding fh at that sizes though.

It is possible but they would have to be grown out together from very small!

i think it could work. ive seen red devil convict crosses where the rd is like 12 inches and the con is like 2 or 3 inches

i agree with the fact that a female flowerhorn can lay fertile eggs at 2.5".


in addition, a good quality breed convict can grow up to 6" inches.
