It should be ok as the only bottom dweller and they are ok if you have a hiding spot it'll leave the others alone. They are aggressive but by the time it gets bigger I'm sure the others will get bigger and the vitatus will be the smallest along with the bichir. The devil cat will out grow the vit...and most of the other fishes in your tank too. But look on the bright side it's not a zz which is another story and the only true way to know if they'll be cool with each other is if you actually let it play out...lol
