im willing to ship the ray. buyer pays all expenses for shipping. i pack in a styro box with paper as insulant inside as well as hot or cold pack (as need), ship with bag buddies and o2 as well as bag the fish many times prior.
before shipping i fast the fish to allow the fish a chance to clean out a bit, so they dont "go" in the bag.. will ship via fedex/ups or via airport to airport.(never did ap to ap but willing to try). no guarantee. i cannot be held responsible for the carriers handling of the box, but I WILL INSURE the package. this way if there is a loss you are covered and must take it up with the carrier.
