Is that true black diamond stingray would turn darker (black) as the base color? Mine is 14cm and they are Grey in base color, not solid black. Would the stingrays base color darken to solid black?

The lighter they are the more development for spots which makes them have more potential for better spots.
This is something i would not agree with. An good looking pup can turn out ugly and vice versa. It all comes down to genetics of the parents.

The seller always said, you never found adults stingrays with light color. They always turn black. Is that true?

Wow. That's promising! Gonna be awesome then!
Youvr got your hands on two really good looking pups. They will become jetblack over time. The spots might crack up to rings and some might stay solid. You will understand what im talking about during their growth. For now changes lots of water and feed them a variety of foods. Stay away from feederfish.

I feed them market prawn and frozen blood worm. Hopefully the spots stay round and not forming any rings.
