Based on the two pictures, I would say it is a positive match, except for the spots being darker, and not as frequent. But I would say that the "Black Dragon" is definitely a Leporacanthicus gen. sp. Galaxias.
 
yes I totally agree .... variation aside thats good enough match

must be Black Dragon named by aqua shop seller

very long snout though... had me wondering :)

It looks Leporacanthicus to me, nice fish! Just as a note the adonis has been scientificaly described so it will not be issued an L number, hope this helps?

someone must do a proper study of the sp. and submit a paper/profile?
and even name your fish ?
