Any one know a source to get this relatively inexpensively? Home Depot doesn't stock it, and the stuff on Amazon is way overpriced--$45 for a 2'x2' panel...c'mon now!

Never seen it in black, but spray painting with Black Krylon Fusion is an option.
In miami i got 2×4 white egg crate at home depot for 17.99..never seen in black.i agree with RD paint it with his recombination paint..try online home depot to mail to u..i never seen egg crates at lowes...check walmart online, or ace hardware..good luck..for me they life safers ro protect killer cichlids..good luck

Looks like theyre out of stock but I got mine from bulkreefsupply. Check=out marinedepot and some of the other saltwater website as many of them us egg crate internal to their tanks I believe.
