I wouldn't buy it, just because I don't know what's going on. Faders have different pearls than normal flowerhorns. This one is very odd, the pearls are normal and he still lost black pigments.

Hello, i buy this fish about 2-3 days ago.
(i give him female zz malau flowerhorn + 40$ (in my country about 300 turkish liras) )
I have two questions;
1) I need to do something for speed up the process of fader? Really i dont know; maybe with water condition? or some food, supplement?
2) He is big, about 30 cm (12inch) how often i need to feed this fish? I mean i need to give food like a normal young fish (6 day food - 1 day not) or per 2-3 days and more food?

Nothing we can do to speed up fading, its a process that works on its own time table.
I have a about 12in Amphilophus, I feed it once a day skipping Sundays.
