Take out the pleco (not a good fit with the bichir) and choose between the two knives (one or the other). Other than that, it should be fine. You can put the ornate bichir and fire eel in there at the same time as long as the fire eel is larger. For example, if you have a 4 inch ornate, get an 8 inch fire eel. I've kept the fire eel/clown knife/ornate bichir combo plenty of times.

Be sure to keep the fire eel well fed as it will get nippy and aggressive if starved.

I don't have much experience with the sailfin I only had one for a few weeks. I have had problems with larger plecos sucking though. Try a species of panaque I've never had issue.

I have a pair of 2' common plecos with :
12" ornate bichir
9" senegal bichir
18" clown knife
15" jardini
12" fire eel

I've never witnessed nor is there any evidence of 'sucking'. I've never tried a ghost knife or gar type fish in with this combination.
