Black Ghost Knife and Convict Cichlids?

Like the title says, can I do it?
90 Gallon tank

Black Ghost Knife
Pair of Convict Cichlids (Breeding hopefully)

Cichlids can be mean and very territorial when they breed you may (all most certainly) need a tank divider or a smaller tank for the cons just in case.

Single one probably but not a breeding pair as once they lay eggs they will defend and bully anything in the tank regardless of size or will die trying! I have had Convicts breeding and Honduran Red points..The HRP's are milder they will still mess that Pretty BGK up!

definitely, not a pair convicts

breeding convicts...everything else in the tank will die...i have seen them kill fish larger then themselves and plecos...

i figured this would be the case, just kinda hoped for the slim chance they would only stick with there area, didnt figure the whole tank would be there area

thanks anyway guys....im thinking im just going to go with the BGK since I didnt see any female convicts at the LFS

the convicts even though they are small can be very agressive.

so since im thinking BGK can I put other knifes with it or since their electric as well will they be unhappy with it? Also the ID Shark will be fine I hope. He's only like 4 inches obviously thats for now

you could put at least 4 bgk in a tank, but remember that they need a lot of space.
