black ghost knife problem :(

in the last few days one my black ghost knifes has displayed laboured breathing and odd behaviour... floating mostly in one place either head up or head down, will stay in a single spot for 6hrs or better at a time doing nothing.. never behaved this way before... im sure somethings up with him as his bottom fin is becomming split, all other fish in the tank show no signs of distress

water quality is good @ ph of 7.9 0ppm amonia 0ppm nitrite and around 20ppm nitrate

anyone have any idea what it may be? how should i go about treating him? (i have hospital tanks and pretty much every kind of medicine one could think of) just.. not sure on what to give him.

Any pics of his "split" fin? Possible injury from a different tank mate?

deffinatly not an injury from tank mate, as its the most aggresive fish in the tank, the rest are VERY mild mannered

Could you at least list the tank mates?

He may have gill flukes. That would explain the breathing problem.

in a manner of an hour its gone from bad to horrible im 99% sure its going to die on me

my tanks are a solid 78.5 never fluctating more than 1 degree

it went from swimming around in the last hour to laying on the bottom breathign heavily, it wont move when i touch it with my hand anymore, i think its done for i wish i knew how to help it :|
