I cannot believe it is still holding that dark of color!!!!!!!!!!! What is it you've had it 2 months now ?

yes, i've had him for alittle over two months. he's put on about 1 1/2in. he's not as black as when i first got him, the edges of his scales are starting to turn alittle reddish. i tried to get a close up, but my cam cannot focus up that close, an this jardi has a habit never keeping still for a close up shot.

Can't say I have ever seen a black jar. If the color stays it would be a very cool specimen to have indeed.
