It honestly depends on how u pamper it! I have had mine for 2 months.. about 1 inch or little more when i got it 2 months with my girlfriend, we got two of em, one grew to 7 inch now and the other is at 6inch! they are both tigers.. one suddenly turned completely black with only a faint red marking on the tail, and the other is completely oscar! If u like pics =) i can show u how crazi they grow! I do alot of water change and we feed a million different food. Daily diet are brineshrimp, freeze dried blood worms, frozen blood worms, frozen krill, frozen dried krill, cichlid gold, arowana pellets, and the rest i got no clue.. my gf feeds them insane amount, if u feed them enuff daily.. they grow at tremendous rate!

black oscars are usually just the wild type of color pattern in my experience's should get nice and massive quike

btw.. that's about a 4 inch cigar barb in the albino's mouth! i had them for 9 hours and they ate em!
LOL! Well, that's the tiger oscar... as u can see, he lost all his red! LOL! he's gettting darker by the day!
