Black out inside

What would be the best way to completely black out the back walls and side walls of the inside of my tank? I already figured on using black tile from the bottom so that not a problem.

paint the outside of the panels you want blacked out with black paint. Its simple and cheap.

Could I tape the outside with black electric tape incase I decide to change my mind? Will it have the same effect?

Tape a heavy duty black garbage bag to the back and side. If you don't like it, you can easily remove it.

car tint leaves a wicked sticky residue mess when you take it off. Im going to try black vinyl sticker material next.
