Black rays

Hi. I'm sure this had been discussed many times but what's the latest on the black ray ban? Will it be lifted this year? Thanks.

No. Their is a tiny tiny change that it will be lifted for a few weeks at the end of the year. My contacts in Brasil tell me that the change it will be lifted is less then 5%. So rays from Brasil will be very diddicult and expensive.
