When you look at the pics they show for black sharks, some of them are clearly not Morulius chrysophekadion. There are many labeos which look quite similar (i have a Labeo calbasu and a Labeo barbatus), which grow larger and I think this has confused things. IMO, 24" is still the correct answer.
