Black spots on African chiclids

Ok so it's a water problem? I will start doing the water changes every other day and see what happens.. Thank you for all your help. Will update in about a week or so.

Let us know how you make out. I'm sure once you get the water right your fish will be much better happier.
 
Black spots are still on ciclids. I got the no3 down to 10-20 doing 50% water changes every 3 days. If this does not improve i my have to look at getting rid of them. Maybe im not doing something right. Dont want them to stay in a stressed condition.if thats what's even causing this problem.

Once your water parameters are good the fish will be fine as far as living a healthy life weather or not the spots go away or go away over a longer period of time have correct water parameters is a win win all the way around. The spots are not a pathogenic issue.
