That is a chinese algae eater.
Or to be more specific Crossocheilus siamensis.

Hahaha that's just downright foolish!! Siamese Algae Eaters (Crossocheilus siamensis) looks nothing like the actual Black Stripe Dwarf Cichlid (Taeniacara candidi). I don't understand how "fish companies" manage to mess things up like that.
