That should be crazy, a Big grouper woulde be awsome!

They arent that bad my boss is getting a black tip, they do tend to mix well with little fish, but when youve got 2 sharks do you need more fish?

I have to disagree - Blacktip Reef Sharks make for very poor pet sharks to a Private Aquarist. These sharks require lots & LOTS of Swimming Room.
Hope your boss is planning on a very big tank or shark lagoon (say the size and volume of a large swimming pool - other wise it will not work in the long run.

I've heard of people with 10,000 -15,000 gallon(with a footprint of at least 350-450 sq.ft,) sw ponds - that weren't able to keep a single Blacktip Reef shark for life.

BTW - what's the dimemsions on the tank - if you know it.

Gallonage isn't as important as footprint or swimming area. For a Blacktip Reef or Nurse shark you need - at least 700 sq.ft or more. As for keeping both a Nurse & a Blacktip reef in a 25,000 gallon tank. It's very possible while they are both juveniles. But as adults - it may be a different story. Then again the Blacktip Reef may be dead of old age before the Nurse reachs it's full size.

Also it's not good to keep small fish with blacktip reefs or Nurse sharks - as they will eventually become food. Nurse sharks - are known to eat any animal that will fit in it's mouth - that includes - benthic invertebrates, smaller fishes & even smaller sharks..
