black tufts of algae

and i have a Chinese Algae Eater in my tank and when i wake up in the morning my CAE is usually on the terracotta pot (where most of the BBA is) but it looks like he doesnt even touch the BBA. Would he eat the BBA?

ok thanks so i just need to do water changes, take the stuff out that the has the BBA and scrub it clean, and have the lights off when i do the water changes right?

Sounds good just make sure you leave the lights off till the next day.

Uhhhh, isnt the Siamese Algae Eater the one that eats BBA? Also know as the Siamese Flying Foxes.
