Black wolf Owners/experts????

Ok. for those of you who have had black wolves. Has anyone ever kept one in a community tank for long term and how did it work out.

I'm thinking of possibly starting to look for one b/c I think I've seen where people have successfully comm. these guys.


Looking for a few things.

what size tank did you have to wolf in?
what type of decor?
What was the stock (preds, community fish, solo)
what was the tank diet?
How long did the comm. work?


and any other good info if you got it.

There was concern when I added the Armatus so what the hell. lol got to try it if I get good info.

Well a week ago I have kicked off a trial. 300G

12" VATF
16" Channa diplogramma
12" Black Wolf
13" Cephalosilurus fowleri

All seems to be working well at the moment. I have seen many examples of the curupira "black wolf" being kept with fish to large to eat. The only reservation I have is that I have another alleged curupira that will not cohab with anything. I think it's a different species though. Different build and temprement. The only issue I have so far is the Fowleri snaps at fish that move to slowly past her pipe. The Diplogramma is much like a pleuro and is a relitively peaceful ope water swimmer. The wolf will actually sometime shoal with the Channa.

Early days yet but looks like it will work out.
