I had one that killed everything I put in with it, so I personally would keep them alone, that's just my experience, several others are saying you can keep them with other fish and I'm sure you can depending on the black wolf fishes personality.

My black wolf is okay with tankmate EXCEPT knife fish and other wolves. He will not tolerate them for whatever reason
The only fish I’ve kept with my curu successfully have been large bichirs. It depends on the tank size and the temperament of the fish. I would not recommend another wolf fish, I’ve tried it and it worked for a while but only as juveniles.
