WAS HE SERIOUS 800 FOR A BB.HE CAN DO ALOT BETTER FOR THAT AMOUNT$800 bucks(wow!!!) My LFS has a 10 incher for $25.
dude the only black belt i ever paid for cost me $3 because it was in a tank labeled as a JD but i see them on sale for $5-$10 do not pay more than $80 for a full grown grade A if you do you are insane i can send you 30 of them for cheaper than thatI really want this guy. Maybe I should tell them that $500 if my final offer.
I would tell them $100.00 is my final offer. A BB is not that rare a fish. A lfs around here had one that was approx 7"-8" for like $35.00. Personally I find it much more gratifying to buy small fish and grow them out myself. $800.00 GUUUUUDDDD LAAAAAWWWWWDDDDD THAT'S A LOT OF MONEY!!!!!

trust me that is show koi money not cichlid. does this fish store owner have any proof of any shows this fish won?I really want this guy. Maybe I should tell them that $500 if my final offer.
i'd just buy a couple of $20 young & grow them out. 800 is rare catfish money or asian fish money not cichlid money. try to get them to sell it for 500.
whoa, whoa, I'm very confused 800 bucks! are you fn kiddin me! that is wrong! are you sure its 800 dollars or 8 dollars, [8.00] cuz that is just plain stupid! they sell seriously sell black belts for 6$ at 3-4" around here. You could buy a 150 g. tank n house it with 5-10 monsters of your choice for that kinda money, are you F'n kidding me.
