there is anyone who enjoys himself looking at cichlids fighting and suffering? :(

this isn't bad.

this is a little scuffle for dominance in the tank, this happens ALL the time in the wild. nobody got hurt.

my guys do this constantly.

who won?

:chillpill: it is not unusual to have aggresive fish do this to establish a pecking order, no fish were harmed during these pictures

they just trying to win the teritory cause the jag planing to lay eggs.. is it possible for ah male blackbelt can cross with the female jag?

please...all the forum got threads like "my jd was killed my dovii", "salvini killed by jaguar" ***.

I think many times people doesnt want natural behaviour but a"celebrity deatmatch".

:chillpill::chillpill::chillpill::chillpill: I dont think there are many sick puppies who enjoy watching cichlids kill each other, most of us enjoy watching cichlids acting as they do in the wild. These little tussles for dominance are completely natural!

putting Dovii,Festae,Managuense or other big bad manners cichlid in "small" tanks with any roomates, means necessarely a cruel fight for the thin territory, and this is not the order of nature IMHO.

He never says how big the tank is, so you cannot asume it's small, as i stated before, cichlids fight in the wild. it's not tellitubbies out there.

i understand your new and you've seen many internet forum's where there are all types of fighting threads, but that is not how the majority of fishkeepers keep fish. And people on MFK are very mature fishkeepers.
