Blacknose sharks?

  • We are currently upgrading MFK. thanks! -neo
24'x11'x6' - it's not setup yet, so no temp. I'll keep it ~73-75 - ambient temps Dec-Feb are low 40s at the lowest, so not too tough to keep the temps up.

I run 4 hp for circulation on my tank but I have a couple of high pressure pumps hooked up where I don't need them. If I got a couple of low pressure circulation pumps it would be much less. In the end it won't he cheap to run.:D

Well a 24'x11'x6' is a good size tank. It should be fine to keep most of your sharks in until they reach maturity - well except the Nurse & Lemon(as they mature at about 7-7.5').

Yeah I would say at about 4 to 5 feet a lemon would need an upgrade but if you don't go crazy feeding the lemon it will have lots of time in there.

I feed mine quite a bit. Right now he is 11 lbs and 37". When I got him in Jan he was only 23"
