Can any one tell me how to put more color in my water other than wood?

Tannin stained water stimulates breeding in alot of fish. Tannic acids also help with bacteria infections.

And some people just like the look. Exspecially when they are going for a biotope.



+1 for OAk leaves, i like them cause I have 5 oak tree's on my property.

why thumbs down for the teabags unless its because leaves out of the yard are cheaper but if you dont have any the teabags work very well

It makes the water look brown. Like a dirty tank to an untrained eye.
