I got home from work today. It was water change day. After re-filling it with the python. i forgot that i ran out of water conditioner. I had a bottle of Blackwater extract from when i had Ps. So i put in 3 cap full. I noticed all the tankmates seemed happier, and more active. I was wondering if anyone else use Blackwater extract for pbass?

Thanks Lupin. Where can i get these almond leaves in the states? nice tank setup. Do you still have it setup?

I've changed it since that was months ago.lol Indian almond leaves are prominent in Asia. You will need to find a source who sells them. Try our Classifieds in AC as some people there sell those leaves. Oak leaves are good alternatives.

i used black water extract on my some of my tanks bass like it

I use both and was just going to add some Black to my tanks. Yes Lupin is right though better bang for your buck and you get a better quality from using the fresher leaves. Just Goggle it and you can find it. Or follow Lupins advice and I am sure you will be able to find some. I am about to make a big order and just keep some sealed in a drum and take from it as I need. Also you can add leaves as you need. Let me know if you do get any good results from this. I have been doing a few things different and I always see better result's. I am going in with a beta keeper that I work with she is curious as the results with her baby's. As we all love fish it can't hurt.
