Where do you buy these frozen blackworms if you don't mind me asking?

Yeah cichlids go just as crazy for them frozen.

That vendor sells them in bulk live and freeze dried too...

All my fish love black worms. Feed mainly to small fish. I change the water every day and keep them in a 10 gal with 1" of cool water.

You can keep a colony going for a long time and even cultivate them. Room temp water keep them in a cool place. Dechlorinated water and something for them to hide in. I use filter floss.
