Blackworms constipation?

I've read here and there about possible constipation from bloodworms because they have an exoskeleton. Is this actually true?

I was also wondering if anyone knows if FD blackworms can cause constipation as well?

My bad with all the questions, sorta bored right now lol. Could anyone please let me know the thickness of blackworms compared to bloodworms? Would appreciate it a lot.

Never heard of problems with black worms, donhear ocasional claims of constipation with bloodworms
