I also feed mine crushed dog food. I basically gutload my crickets and roaches with the same stuff.

Cheers guys, I've just got back from my short break, all my animals seem fine, and to top it off, my Dubia have had babies 
Definately got breeders I guess! I'm still going to buy some more to increase the breeding rate though

another thing you can use for food is chick starter. i bought it at my local feed store. its like 8 bux for a 50lb bag. my roaches and crickets go nuts for it.
