Blaze : My Banjar Red

yellow tail ... u mean green aro, here in indo theres banjar but got yellow tail from juvenile and some ppl called it yellow banjar, some others called pino/green aro.
and theres low quality red banjar marketed in local tat have red tail but when it grew up the redness turned into yellow/orange.
yours is top grade red banjar tat meant to be exported only.

truly amazing banjar.
My friend's Banjar Red's tail didn't start turning yellow until 20". ;) It was reddish/orange at 16"-18" still.
 
shall hope and pray he stays red :D or wait do they all turn yellow hao?

I'm not sure. I think it's just about the dominant gene. Some mature yellow tail like a Green or keep red tail like a Super Red. Just depends on which gene is more dominant(Depends on parents). Just my thought. TBH I haven't seen a Banjar Red with yellow tail under 12"

so we will wait and see if he keeps the red [fingers crossed] :D

he is now in a 180G with 9 CLs of assorted sizes [biggest one being 4-5inches or so], 3 ornates [14" pigs :D], an endii [9inches] and an albino red eye sailfin pleco
