Untill it starts swimming top water, I doubt your going to get it to eat. Once it does start, I would have it in a tank with no surface current. Feed it for now with baby pinhead crickets, hopefully the movement will help it find them. Eventually you may be able to convert to other foods.

It got bullied in the LPS. good luck. I'm wondering if it can still find food? That's a big problem.
