His gill tissue probably dried out quite a bit while he was out of the tank, so he's probably low on oxygen. If he's made it this far, I'd add an air pump to his tank and some salt (1 tablespoon per 5 gallons) to help with osmoregulation. Best of luck, I hope he makes it...

WOW! i wokw up this morning and he's looking great! i always have a small amount of salt in the tank and added a bit more, and he is looking better, just breathing differently and REALLY skittish but thats understandable...im amazed...i mean...i was sure he was gone when i saw him all dried up :( but now things are lookin up :D thanks for the help an support guys!

Great news! I'm glad he made it, just keep and eye on him to make sure he doesn't develop an infection as a result of the truma and associated stress. But he should be fine.

Great to hear that your parrot is ok!!! He probably scrambled his eggs a little in the jump !!! I've had a pacu jump out of a bucket during transport. I found him dry and stuck to the back of my truck. I put him back n the bucket he came belly up. I thought I lost him. Then out of nowhere he flipped over and tried to jump out again..lol.

Glad he's ok :grinno:,
